Who we are

Verdictry is a trade name of Fenola Dynamics LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Jersey, United States ("Verdictry", "we", "us"). These terms cover verdictry.com, @VerdictryBot on Telegram, our X accounts and our Telegram channel (together, "the service").

What the service is

Verdictry gives automated risk assessments ("verdicts") of crypto tokens based on public blockchain and market data from third parties. A verdict is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Verdicts, market reads and alerts describe risks and market conditions. Alerts you set (price targets, profit levels, stop levels) report that a level you chose was reached; they are not instructions.

No guarantees

Crypto assets are highly risky and you can lose everything you put in. Verdicts can be wrong or out of date: data sources can be incomplete or delayed, contracts and owners can change after we look, and some checks are not available on every chain. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Your responsibility

You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them. Don't rely on a verdict alone. We never ask for your wallet, seed phrase or private keys, and you should never share them with anyone claiming to be us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Verdictry is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on a verdict, including trading losses. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Fair use

Don't attack, overload or scrape the service, resell verdicts without an agreement with us, or use the service to break the law. We may limit or stop access to protect the service.

Third-party links

Reports may link to charts, explorers and trading platforms run by others. Some trade links are referral links that earn us a fee; they are never shown on AVOID or HIGH RISK verdicts. We aren't responsible for third-party services.

Paid features

Any paid feature inside Telegram is paid in Telegram Stars under Telegram's terms. Payments never change a verdict.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
