What we keep, and why.
Last updated October 4, 2026
Short version: we keep what we need to run the service and publish an honest track record. Our event log stores people only as anonymous codes. This website sets no cookies, runs no ad trackers, and doesn't store your IP address.
When you check a token
We record the check in our event log: the time, where it came from (Telegram group, DM or website), the token, the verdict and how long it took. For Telegram checks, the person and the chat are stored as anonymous codes made with a one-way function and a secret key; website checks carry no code for the visitor at all. Raw check records are deleted after 12 months; totals are kept.
On this website
- No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers.
- When you check a token, your IP address is held briefly in memory to limit how many checks one visitor can make per minute. Our API server keeps no access logs, and the IP is never written to our database.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs for security for a limited time.
In Telegram
- In groups where Verdictry is added, it reads messages to spot contract addresses. It doesn't store message text.
- Some features need real Telegram IDs to work, and keep them only for that feature:
- Call credit and leaderboards: the Telegram user ID and display name of whoever posted a token first, with the group's ID, so the group's leaderboard can show who called it.
- Support: if you use /support, your user ID, name, message and our reply, so we can answer you.
- Watches and alerts: the chat, the token and your alert settings.
- Payments: the chat and Telegram's payment reference. Telegram handles the payment; we never see card details.
What we never do
We don't sell personal data, and we never ask for your wallet, seed phrase or private keys.
Your choices
Remove the bot from a group to stop it reading that group. To ask about or delete data linked to your chat, message @VerdictryBot with /support.
Who we are
